Welcome to our website

JTP Theatre (formally Journeyman  Theatre  Productions) is very pleased to welcome you to our website (built by our very own, talented Sarah Cully Morgan), featuring loads of information about our productions, past, present and future.

That's a wrap on 2023!

What a successful and productive year for JTP Theatre.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us this year, be it on stage, behind the scenes, or in the audience. We are truly grateful for the wonderful ongoing support from you all, and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2024!

We will be kicking off 2024, with the launch of our new website (built by our very own, talented Sarah Cully Morgan), and fully integrating the changes on our website and social media pages from Journeyman Theatre Productions, to JTP Theatre.

We are planning to take a break from competing at the Bristol One Act, and Avon One Act Competition Festivals, but don't fear we still have lots of exciting drama coming your way, including:

  • Continuing our partnership with Thornbury Radio, to bring you weekly short plays and monologues
  • Our podcasts - Bite Size Theatre with JTP - on major platforms
  • A brand-new stage production in the autumn

For more news and development on any of our projects, watch this space, or follows us on any of our social media pages.

Congratulations!

Massive congratulations to Sarah Wiggins. who picked up the Best Actress Award at the Rose Bowls last night for her performance in 'The Welkin' with Cotswold Players. Sarah had previously won the Critics Award at the Cotswold Playhouse, for the same role.

Sarah also won a Best Actress Award with JTP Theatre at the Bristol One Act Festival earlier this year, for her chilling portrayal of Mary-Ann in 'Even Numbers'. It was the fourth occasion she had won the Best Actress Award in a JTP Theatre festival production!
